Students will use the text The LateHomecomer to practice for our upcoming unit. During this time, students will read the nonfiction memoir, create a practice literary analysis post with assistance and participate in a practice Flip literature circle discussion. Students will interact with their global peers by participating in a #MysteryFlip to guess their partner locations. Students will have this opportunity to become acquainted with the rubrics and the expectations for the unit.
