Mission, Vision, & Improvement Goals
School Mission - Faith Middle School mission is to develop, use, and maintain organizational principles, policies, procedures, and practices that enable the district to realize its vision effectively and efficiently.
School Vision – Faith Middle School vision is to have 1) students achieve academically and grow socially and emotionally, 2) staff thrive professionally, and 3) parents engage with their children educationally and socially/emotionally.
School Improvement Goals:
Professional Learning Goal
Faith Middle School educators/staff will use the Focused Collaboration Observation Tool (FCOT) and Learning Walkthrough Tool (LWT) to provide accurate, specific, and timely feedback by increasing our score in key focus areas to 80% by the end of school year 2026.
Math Goal
All students in 6th through 8th grade math courses, including Algebra I, will perform at “meets” or “exceeds” on the CCRS Mathematics Summative Assessment. Students will increase the school-wide score from 39% to 49% by the end of the 2026 school year.
Literacy Goal
All students in grades 6-8 ELA courses will perform at “meets” or “exceeds” on the CCRS Literacy Summative Assessment. Students will increase the school-wide score from 35% to 45% by the end of the 2025 school year.
Communication & Engagement Goals
Faith MS will increase its score to 80% on the “Well” rating response score of questions 1, 2, and 3, from the Communication and Engagement Parent Feedback form by the end of the 2026 school year.
Faith MS will increase its score to 60% on the “Effective” rating response to questions 4, 5, and 6 from the Faculty and Staff Communication and Engagement Feedback form by the end of the 2026 school year.
