Benchmark has provided the "Getting Started" letter for teachers in grades K-1 (below left), along with sample plans that can be located on the drive linked below on the right. (PLEASE NOTE: This drive is migrating to Benchmark Universe as other units are being developed.) As you continue with the units from Benchmark Advance, please consider using the take-home activity calendars below that may further support parents with the stories from each unit. (These calendars pair with My Reading and Writing booklets and look different from other grades because grade 1 has a newer version of materials.)
