the robot we worked on was a color sorter which was a use for collecting and sorting moon sand from the extras which is another substance. The quest we worked on was the lunar soil rover.


The problem we completed was how to easily get lunar soil.

the problem was that it would be difficult to get the lunar soil alone from another substance from the moon. We needed to get it to the Lunar Artemis base.

SO what we did to help or complete this challenge is with out brick also known as our robot. The robot helps sort the lunar soil by the other types mostly getting the type of lunar soil we need. So we made a Robot that has a color sorting program to sort the lunar soil we need from the other substances. So the plan is to put three containers in the robot itself and then put some of the substances we got in one of the containers and then the lunar soil, then we let the brick show us which is the right substance we needed which is the lunar soil in the container in the bot.


The lunar regolith is a terrestrial term for the moon but the general term is this layer of metal as a rock material around the moon. It also has a way to covers the whole entire layer of the lunar surface.

well It took a lot of tries and stops to try to build the color sorter. We had a hard time with the programing and we had to start over about 5 or something times. The program was very long so it even had sections! Aalyah did the programing And her and I worked together to build the Color sorter.
