Welcome to Coding In Minecraft we have done a lot of things in make code I will be showing you what I did in Coding In Minecraft!
first thing I have learned was loops It was a very great tool to shorten your make code and python, and when I was working on errors and stuff it was a big problem when I need to fix code sometimes you might have to change some parameters like how manny times you want the code to loop like mover forward 2 loop 6 so it would move forward 12 times, and how to make the agent place blocks and break blocks on or off
second the buildings I have made in make code only! I had made two towers and one house in lesson 7
(I hade some of the loops and other thing I have listed above)

here is the code for the small box house
so in the code the agent when I say "house" it will build the house basically it will build me the simple box house by using the "place on move" block so once the agent moves it places a block every movement like when the agent moves up it places below it and makes a movement while it places the block.
Once I day roof in chat the Agent makes the roof, First it moves forward 4 times then moves left once then backs up 3 times and moves left again 1 then goes forward 4 times again.
