They must have enrolled in a music ensemble and/or class (this includes Acoustic Guitar and Music Theory) for at least one semester of the current school year at Providence High School 

They must be a 10th - 12th Grader

They must exhibit leadership, service, and character in their activities while at Providence High School

They must have maintained for the previous semester at least a 3.5 average grade in other academic subjects

They must have an A in a music class

Members must keep up with points and hours set out for the school year

Members must earn 12 points for the school year (or 6 points per semester) and earn 9 volunteer hours for the school year. 3 of those hours must be within the music department.
