Future Problem Solvers

Overview

Future Problem Solvers is an international organization whose academic competitions teach students how to think critically and creatively, collaborate with a team, communicate efficiently and effectively, problem solve, and make decisions. FPS develops skills students will need for their future careers and the rest of their lives. There are four components to FPS: Global Issues Problem Solving (GIPS), Community Problem Solving (CMPS), Scenario Writing, and Action Based Problem Solving. Students can compete as part of a team or individually and explore a variety of topics throughout the year.
