Team Captain / Gantt Chart Coordinator / Portfolio Manager 

As the Team Captain, I bear a lot of the responsibility for how I want everything to be organized. I am in charge of the Gantt Chart and assigning each team member assignments that can be completed within reasonable times. I am also the portfolio manager, making the portfolio look as organized as possible while documenting all the necessary content for a great portfolio. 

Note Taker / Portfolio Lead 

As the Note Taker, I am in charge of taking notes during every meeting of the most important aspects of the meeting such as what work needs to be completed, or discussions on improving our product. As the portfolio lead, I help organize the portfolio by putting all of the assignments completed in the portfolio to organize for later. 

Mentor Contact / Documentary Lead 

I am the person who contacts all possible Mentors who are willing to help us and assign meetings with the mentors to guide us through the progression of our project. As the Documentary Lead, I help put clips together for the documentary that will be used during the expo. 

Documentary Lead / Scheduler 

As the Scheduler, I help assign the schedule for when each assignment is due and help assign any group meeting dates along with booking study rooms. As the other Documentary Lead, I help get the clips for the documentary to string them all together into a documentary that will play during the expo. 

Here is our Mentor, his name is Jason Bull. He is an IT Executive Operations Manager. He loves working with electrical equipment and has extensive knowledge of coding, more specifically, microprocessors and small electrical equipment. Jason Bull has been our guiding mentor and thanks to him, we have a guide on coding our VEX Kit to demonstrate the functionality of LBL's product.
