Ruth Barreiro, a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Architecture, has been a Technology Education teacher at Clearview Regional High School for the past nine years and has taught a variety of courses including CAD I, CAD II, Introduction to Engineering Design, Robotics I-IV, Computer Science Principles, and AP Computer Science A. Ms. Barreiro, along with 15 dedicated students, started the FIRST Tech Challenge program at Clearview during the 2015-2016 season Res-Q. Outside of Robotics, Ms. Barreiro enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, singing, and taking care of her 6 chickens and two dogs.
