The first thing you have to do during this scene is make him his drink.
1.) You make it correctly!
2.) You used a wrong ingredient.
3.) You used the wrong ingredients entirely.
Choice #1
He will regard that it's strange how his bartender looks like a kid, but then he will say,
"but here, you deserve this." and hand you $15.
Choice #2
He will say,
"Wow... This is the worst drink i've ever had... But it doesn't matter. Now make me another."
Choice #3
He will look at you and say. "This isn't my drink... This isn't a drink period... But it doesn't matter. Now make me another."
Keep in mind that whatever you decide to do here will have an impact on your karma too! If you make him the wrong drink your karma will glow red (negative) and if you make it right it will glow blue (positive).
After a short cutscene, you will then get to talk to Jarod. You have two dialouge options:
1.) Guess you come here a lot.
2.) Something troubling you?
Choice #1:
He will then say, "Well I do have a drink named after me." which leads you to another choice.
1.) Haha, good joke.
2.) Having a bad day?

Choice #1
He will say, "thanks." genuinely. You are then left to say,
"You seem... down." and the dialogue from choice #2 will start.
Choice #2
The dialogue from the previous second choice will start.
Choice #2:
He will say,
"You heard the TV... The ten year commemoration for the victims of the attack is coming up. My daughter was one of the poor souls who died under those rocks."
This will then lead you to the next dialogue choice.
Your third option is then to chose one of the three as a reply to his saddening information:
1.) I'm so sorry, Jarod.
2.) What was her name?
3.) What was the attack again?
Choice #1:
He will respond with,
"Well, bad things happen sometimes, don't they?"
Choice #2:
He will answer, "Lola."
Choice #3:
He will then answer, "The Brigades set off a bomb at the wall, killing hundreds of people."
