Search for the school then the senior's name.
Any student that missed their original appointment or needs to schedule a retake will need to reach out to their customer service team for a new appointment code. You can reach them via phone at 800-736-4775 or via the chat option on the website, https://lifetouch.my.site.com/helpcenter/s/topic/0TO6R000000sYVWWA2/prestige-grad-photography. Customer service will provide you with a new appointment code which you can use to schedule an appointment on the website, https://prestigeportraits.com/.
Instructions to Select Senior Portrait Yearbook Image online:
Go to shop.prestigeportraits.com and create an account if you have not done so already. The senior/parent/guardian will then need to enter their specific Session ID & Access Code numbers provided to them on the proof sheet of images they received or on the receipt from the photographer. **If they do not have that information, they must call customer service at 800-736-4775 to retrieve it by answering a few security questions for verification of images. Once they are on the home page, they select the View Portrait Proofs tab to view images and select a yearbook choice. The "Select Your Yearbook Image" will be front and center at the top of the website above their image proofs, along with the yearbook pose deadline.
