At the end of every month, a Google Form will be posted for members to submit their hours.
Hours will then have to be transferred onto x2vol by the end of each semester.
Q - How many hours?
A - Every Key Club member is required to obtain a total of 40 hours by the end of the school year (20 hours per semester, 15 of which must be INTERNAL hours)

How to Use the Hours Spreadsheet...
Press Ctrl+F and enter your AHS ID into the search bar on the top right of your screen to locate your service hours. Make sure you select the entire workbook so that your ID is within the search range.
If there's a problem with your hours or your ID, email: allenkeyclub@gmail.com. Include your name and ID on the subject line and describe the problem.
Here is the latest hours form. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE HOURS!
What is the difference between INTERNAL service hours and EXTERNAL service hours?
INTERNAL service hours are events planned by Key Club or events hosted at Allen High School.
EXTERNAL service hours are the events a member participates in outside of Key Club-planned events.
How many hours do we need?
You need at least 15 hours per semester--at least 10 internal hours. There is no limit as to how many hours you can submit.

When are the hours forms due?
Hours forms are due on the last day of every month.
What can or cannot count for hours?
Accepted Services = Trash pickups, Kids Against Hunger, Donations, Club-issued Services
Unaccepted Services = Babysitting, House Chores, Jobs/Work (anything you get paid to do)
