What is Hope Squad?
Hope Squad is a peer-to-peer suicide prevention program. Hope Squad members were nominated by their peers as trustworthy people and are trained to take action when someone is struggling.
What happens when you contact a Hope Squad member?
What happens when you contact a Hope Squad member?
When you fill out the form, you'll be asked to answer a few questions about the nature of your request. From there a hope squad sponsor will take the appropriate steps to get you the help you need. When talking to a hope squad member remember that everything you say is confidential between you, the member, and hope squad sponsors. The only information that would surpass this agreement is if a student confides that they want to hurt themselves or others OR abuse of any kind is disclosed.
