In the province of Isabela, Yogad is one of the smaller minority groups. They are an indigenous group that speaks a unique language that blends in with several other Filipino languages.
The Yogad communities are primarily found in the Isabela province. Echague, apart from there, they are dispersed throughout Angadanan, Santiago, and Jones, and among other parts of Isabela. The areas where the Yogad settle thrive agriculturally, much like the rest of the area. Locals actively work to uphold the values and beliefs of their community. But, as modernization becomes more prevalent, the people are starting to face challenges in maintaining their traditional ways.
