This time the robot rabbit had an important job: it must walk along the garden path and count how many eggs it finds along the ways. The task was probably the most challenging and it required the study of the line-following algorithm. This time we received overall 13 clever solutions and welcomed one new team! Below you can find the winners solutions and also the complete team results after the four rounds of the competition. Looking forward to see you all at the final event in Bratislava on June 16th!
The team of 3 girsl and 2 boys from Deutsche Schule in Bratislava (DSB) - German international private school - show us the well documented solution, side mounted sensor, clever counting algorithm including the sound effects and even very nice 3D printed eggs!
Congratulation for great work!
You can read their documentation and
Team GbeProBot again brigns very good and detailed documentation. And again they bring an out-of-the-box solution - a side mounted ultrasonic sensor. Check their solution, both for documentation and video too.
And again, here we have some notes for all teams:
Always use more than single attempt on the video.
Always submit also the code, it can help to decide whether something is not visible on the video is correct.
Double check whether you submitted really all required parts of the solution.
Don't copy the code from another team, try to make your own one (it usually works better!).
It is better to submit partial, but working solution than complete (in your head), but not working.
