Club Presidents

If you are a Club President, please make sure you or your Club Representative (Vice President, Secretary, and/or Treasurer) has joined the Google Classroom. Meeting Minutes must be submitted on a monthly basis to ensure that your club is still considered active.

Fundraisers:

For all fundraising requests, please:

1. View the RBHS Approved Fundraiser Calendar to help pick a date

2. Fill out the Fundraiser Request Form

3. All fundraisers will be approved on a weekly basis by the ASB Executive Business Meetings in the order they are received

4. The requestor/listed contact person and the advisor/coach will be notified of approval status via email after the meeting.
