What I used to make this was the gradient tool, mixing my favorite colors...green, yellow, a little blue, and redish pink. What I used for the text was Bevel and emboss, and outer glow, and of course my favorite color green!

I just swapped the colors, it's really just a duplicate of the background right next to this. I did use bevel and emboss, outer glow, and obviously light blue for the text.
