I made this in Adobe Illustrator and this is how I made it. First I went do Adobe Illustrator. Fhen I clicked the tool that looked like a square it looks like this.

This is the monster that I drew in ELAR. I didn't know we were going to animate this so I might have done bad. So I might have not done good in my opinion.
After I drew it I imported it in to Photoshop. I made the red darker I turned up the contrast, the level, and turned up the brightness.
I imported the drawing I made in Photoshop into Adobe Illustrator and I use the pencil tool. I drew over the drawing I made in ELAR. Then I increate the size of the line that I made over it.Â
