I made this bulls eye by  making circles with the shape tool then  adding a gradient each color a different color

This is my emoji I made it in adobe illustrator with the bulls eye above I got rid of the other colors and made it all a yellow gradient  then used the shape tool to add a circle for the eyes the made smaller different color circles in it to make it look real then made them a group  so that they would stay together. Then I copied it and reversed it. Them I used the line tool then made the line uniform width profile 5. For  the mouth I used a U  shaped line the put a white line then copies the black line but used the color in red and shrunk it down. For the eye brows I  Just used a line and made it shaggy.
