Should kids get an allowance?

Have you ever gone to the store and wanted to buy something so bad, but when you ask your parents for money they usually say no. Well what if your parents actually gave you an allowance.I think parents should give kids an allowance.

This is an important topic because some kids are begging their parents for money, and when I beg my mom for money she usually gets mad and  It would be helpful around the house as well.

Some kids think money grows on a tree, but as we know it doesn't.Sometimes kids go to the store and they say,"Mommy can I get this."The parents will say no and ask the kids,"Do you have money for it."The parents will do stuff like that and when we say no they say then you can't buy it.

If parents give us an allowance then we will learn how to work for the future. Some kids right now they don't do anything because they are lazy and just want to sit there playing games on their consoles. If parents motivate their kids by paying you then the kids will actually do work around the house.

With allowance it will teach us how to not spend money that we can use for stuff in the future.

Giving allowances will teach the kids how to save money for the future like for college debt loans and all of that stuff. We won't have to live our life wondering what if I can't pay off my loans.Of course when you grow up your going to have to buy your own food, and you're gonna need to put some money aside.

As an adult you are going to be spending money on food, spending money on gas, and most importantly you are going to be spending money on your children. For your children you will have to pay and register for their schools, you will have to pay for their clothes and healthcare.

So in conclusion I think it would be better that parents gave us an allowance than if they didn't.

My Memoir

My Life's Story.

one day I was driven to a foster home with one of my biological brothers. This family wasn't my type of family.  There was also  this other lady named Mrs. Michelle. She had my other biological brother, and she wanted to trade her other foster kid,  for me and my brother.Mainly she wanted me to be with my brother , but also the guy she traded for was afraid of dogs. At first when I got to her house I was afraid because she wasn't my actual mom, but soon I actually loved it there.

Later on that day I met my new brother Josh, and his wife vanessa. They brought some food over, and it was really nice to meet them and talk. A few weeks later we started going to school. We went to Salinas elementary. It was named after Ricardo Salinas. My mom was happy that we were going to school. Eventually my mom found out I had three biological sisters. She wanted us to be together.

My mom wanted us to be together, So she adopted them as well, But one of my sisters wanted to

stay there. I really wished she had come to get adopted with the rest of my family, but she didn't. After we were all adopted into the family I didn't feel like we were one big family, because one of my biological sisters wasn't with us. Soon after I found out that she was still in contact with my biological mom. She didn't want to come with us because my biological aunt adopted her.

A few years later my mom wanted us to move to a different school. I no longer went to Salinas. So instead I went to Thousand Oaks elementary(TOES). It was really hard to leave my friends, but I dealt with it. Even though we had to move and I was sad I made even more friends Than at the other school, and this school turned out to be even better than Salinas. I met the coaches and they used to let us play asteroid destruction, and used to do cardio. I had three different teachers there throughout elementary school. Ms.Doty, Ms.Cox,and Ms.Klepatz.

I really loved my school's playground. My brother had some of the same teachers I did. Every day when we went outside to the playground I would always play on the monkey bars, but I would also play soccer. Playing soccer at recess was so much fun. I would always just be someone out in the field getting ready to run towards the ball.Sometimes though it would always be so cold or rainy outside. When this happened we would always stay inside.Indoor recess wasn't as fun but I would always get to play games on the Chromebook so I guess you could say it was actually really fun.

There was this girl named Zoe and she was my first ever crush back in 1st ,and 2nd grade.People used to make fun of her because she couldn't really do her math that well, but I knew that there was more to the story I knew that she had Dyscalculia. We were friends and I really thought we would be best friends and maybe even more than that, but then I had to move to a different school because my mom had gotten a job at bradley.

I was finally leaving all my friends for middle school.I only had a few friends going with me.It was the last day of school, I had been accepted into this magnet program and I really just wanted to go back to 4th grade.I said goodbye to my friends and I went on my way.I was parent pickup and my mom hadn't shown yet when she did my friend came running to hug me.I went to my car and that was the end of elementary

That is the story of my life.Thank You.
