We're learning the contrull's to SketchUp. This is fun!☺️

Once we got the hang of the contrull's we started making a "Simple House", and had a blast!😀

Here is how I started it. I used the rectangle tool(R) twice, and deleted the line with the erase tool(E)

I got the line(L) tool and made three lines. But I erased(E) the second line. Then I pulled(P) it up where the two lines connected, and made a roof.

Then I went to the bottom of the house and offsetted(F) it to 3 inch's, and pulled(P) it up. I drow two lines on both triangle's, than pushed it in 1.5 inches.

This is a REALLY long prosses and im not going to wast time saying every little thing so i'll be shorting it.

So then I made a door with the rectangle tool(R). Useing the offset tool(F) I grabed the top, right and left lines to pulled them out.

Here is my door. pretty nice, right? For the bottem part I used the rectangle tool on the left and right side. Then I used the follow me tool and went all the way around the house.

For the windows I copied the front wall with the door, and used the rectangle tool to make the base (as you see bellow).

I then offset(F) it a little, and get the line tool(L) go to the midpoint and go down, and the same for acrosse.

I added some 3D affect the the Puss\pull (P) tool.

I then erase the wall around the window and move the window to the house.

I added window all over the house with the move(M) tool but to copy and past all at the same time i clicked the "Ctrl" botton.
