Giana Pedroza - Android Apps

This is MIT app inventor, this is the app we are using to create these apps. MIT is also known as "Massachusetts Institute of Technology". We are making our own android app with MIT app inventor.

My front page

These are my buttons for my main page. I made sure to give them names, so I can tell them apart from each other. I've seen other people's portfolios, and they have the accelerator thing but, I think that's annoying. I also don't know if I have to do it. Even if I did have to It would be quick, since there is not that much coding.

This is my front page leading to all my apps. This is also in my perspective, so it looks different on tablet. This will be the first thing you will see once opening my MIT app thing. I think my android apps look better in tablet form.

Hello Codi

There isn't much here for coding the Hello Codi. The only thing is that, you have to insert the bee sound and the CODI image.

This is my Hello Codi app. I didn't have enough time to make her/him something else. Though this was the most easy out of all of the apps. I always put my text in bold, because it makes it look better and orderly. I think it's more easy, because the coding is simple and doesn't require much skill or anything. The tutorials lead you through it all, so these apps weren't that bad.

Talk To Me

I know this looks weird, but trust it looks way better on the tablet. The talk to me tutorial was not hard for me, but it might take long for some people. The tutorials are good at explaining, so everything was good for me. But sometimes, I don't read it all, then there are some stuff I miss.

Here is the coding it's very simple, and easy to follow. Just make sure you have all the materials before starting the coding.

Ball Bounce

This is my least favorite app. This is my ball bounce.I didn't do much with it, but it doesn't deserve much love. If you put more than 1 ball make sure, the balls don't combine. Some people put a slider, but I'm to lazy for that.

These are my code blocks for ball bounce. I'm only doing one, but there is two in the picture. I am not that good with ball bounce, but here is my ball bounce.
