I made this GIF in Adobe After Effects. It started off as a drawing for my ELAR class then I turned it into a animated GIF. It is a loop version of my video.

This is a video was also made in Adobe After Effects. I used a color changing tool to change the horns and wing. The fish tails are moving with the rotation tool.

To make this emoji you have to make a big circle. Then three medium size circles, for eyes. Once I was done with that I duplicated the eyes to make multiple.
