in photopea i made the backgrounds by use in the gradient tool. the way to  i started making backgrounds was i had to change the setting from normal to difference.and the more you swipe the more patterns that come up

Then we transferred in to photoshop. In adobe photoshop i made the words by adding a text layer, and using the special effects like, color overlay, bevel and emboss just to name a few of them.
