This is the first thing I made in Adobe Illustrator and it was pretty hard. So how I made this is I started with the ellipse tool and made a circle with it by holding shift + alt and you make a circle then you make multiple layers and change the gradient to make it look 3D or like bevel and emboss and then you want to add the colors showed here. Then you have it, it should look like a target.

This is the emoji that I made and I think it looks pretty good if you did not know I am trying to go for the Dwayne meme with the eyebrows now time to tell you how to make it. So how i made it, it is simple to the target thing. So you have to use the ellipse tool to make the head including shift + alt once you have made that you can use the gradient to make it look like it is 3D. Then you want to add the eyes and the eyes which is like the target but you just change the color so you use the gradient to change the color. To make the smile and eyebrows you have to make use your line tool then you make the line above the eye then add stroke then use the bending tool to bend it and make it look like an eyebrow then do the same for the smile.
This is my little monster guy that I drew in ELAR. To make this little guy you need to use the blob brush tool to draw him. Then once you draw him you need to draw a heart and put that layer on the top so you can see it over the body. After that you wanna go to after effects and in after effects you add outer glow to his leg and his heart. Then add bevel and emboss by going to layer style after right clicking in the layer that the heart is on. then add a stroke to every body part. After that use the puppet pin to animate the arm. And then add blinking to the eyes by removing the chain or link thing then change the scale to ten and then change it back to 100 then copy and paste it then you are done. This is how it turned out. The top left is the thing i made in illustrator the one on the top right is the one i made on paper and the one on the bottom is the final one.
