For the fall leave we had to trace it at first to make gradient of the leaf, but to make it a bit more realistic we added the veins to the leaf. then the background was just to add the colors, then blur it with the gaussian blur, the fainted dots were from a custom brush and make it a big size, then the sparkles were also from a brush but had to try and find a perfect yellow for the color. Finally the giant sparkle was to make the shape with more sides, then on the layer we lowered the transparency.
