I used two tutorials, one to make the rainbow, and 1 to make the puffy effect! I fou nd making this a lot of fun, and I would consider doing it again!

I made this from scratch, and I used the same tutorial for the puffy effect!  This doesn´t take long, and it isn't that difficult once you get used to it!
