 Flow Jamaica prescribes the usage of Mobile, Broadband, and TV services provided by Flow and the obligations of Flow and its customers. Each customer is obliged to pay service fees in a timely manner, keep their account details up-to-date, and use the services in accordance with the acceptable usage policy, including any fair usage limit for data. Services, prices, and/or Terms may change at any time, upon prior notice to the Customer. Early termination fees may be applied if a customer terminates their contract prior to the contracted agreement date, and service may be suspended for non-payment. The company limits its liability for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control and undertakes to protect the customer's data as per the privacy policy.
