CrossFit Club

Purpose

The purpose for the CrossFit Club is to educate the Spring Hill Student population on the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle by providing students with various workouts that anyone can participate in, regardless of differences in physical capabilities.

The type of exercises and format of the workout:

In this club the WOD (workout of the day) will consist of body weight, weighted, and cardiovascular based exercises. These exercises will be performed in rounds will the goal of getting as many as you personally can. When joining the club, we would love to hear any suggestions on upcoming workouts.

Meeting days/Times:

Our club will meet once every week after school from 3:45-4:30 PM. As we do not yet have a specific day we will meet, we have two options, Tuesdays or Thursdays. We will meet in the gym at the beginning of each club day, but please be advised not all sessions will be held in the gym. We will utilize other locations including the fitness lab, the weight room, etc.

GOal of this club

The goal of this club is to create a environment in which there is no judgement and everyone can celebrate other people's progression and growth. As we are all are in different places, everyone will have different goals. We hope to provide a place in which you can achieve your personal goals.
