My class took a fun field trip to The Children's Caltech Center. This trip taught me many new things about kids such as their skills and abilities, and it taught me a lot on how to be a better teacher.

This fun assignments gave me the opportunity to turn a basic sheet of square paper into anything that represents me. I created a detailed cross with a heart around it which represents my faith, using a purple square, which is my favorite color.
For this assignment I was given four dilemmas to give my input on. This allowed people to read me through my opinions.
For this assignment we watched a film and reflected upon it. My reflections are another way for people to get to know me.
I researched my school, Herbert Hoover High School, from the year it was built, up to the 2020s for this project. I loved this because it taught me a lot about my school and its traditions.
Within this assignment I created an origami swan. This tested my skills in following written directions.
For this assignment I created a bridge with a limited amount of clips, and tested its stability with my phone. In a fun way this tested my creativity.
For this assignment I had to use minimal power to make a ball move. I successfully made the ball go from one place to another, and was even able to make it travel backwards.
I got partnered up for this project to give directions back to back and see how similar/different our lego creations turn out. The significance of this project was to show the importance of giving clear directions as a teacher, and the importance of listening closely as a student.
