So one day in march 2023 I was looking of Facebook Marketplace and seen a listing for "1966 Ford F250" for 1500$, the description was- unreadable and the images were uhhhhhh, crunchy. but after I showed the listing to my father, he seemed interested in the pickup, so I messaged the guy. Before my dumb(not nice word) knew it, I was on my way to Decatur, Texas- which is north of Dallas. We left the house at 3 AM with my father's pickup and my grandfather's car hauling trailer. We stopped at Bucees and I remember I got a burrito. After that we drove north for hours and hours and hours until we hit Dallas, luckily we hit zero traffic, and it was mint! Soon we entered the tiny town of Decatur, and stopped at a gas station, where I seen the most hill billy old man ever- bro looked strait out of 1962. Anyway, we met with the seller, who was- A character to say the least. His kid asked me "where are you taking dad's truck?" and the seller responded "It's his now." Dude that kid gave me a hell of a stink eye. After we got the truck on the trailer, we left for home. On our way back home we stopped at a DQ and ate, I Don't remember what town it was sadly, but it was in the literal middle of nowhere, like, it was just dust and a few buildings in this place. We got home around 6 PM and we left the truck on the trailer that night, I remember I got home, cleaned the cab out, and went to sleep. So yeah, that's how I got him! Thanks for reading fellers and have a nice night!
