5. Value-program works for this audience, behavior change because of event, remember-able, impact, engaging, relevant
6. Event Promotion(marketing)-email, social media, compelling reasons to attend, brochure, webpage, conversion factor, 15-20% of budget, plan created.
7. Build Schedule (Production Stage)-health and safety of event, speakers, operational plan, TEAM organization and duties
