We shared our Recount Writing pieces using Author's Chair. Everybody got the opportunity to share their Recount Writing and answer questions posed from the class.
Self Portraits
We sketched portraits of ourselves, paying attention to our eye, nose and mouth shapes. We used mirrors to closely examine our features and to draw an accurate sketch of our faces.

Crazy Hair Day🤠
There were some wonderful pumpkin creations made by the students of our class and school. We had great fun looking at them on the front wall of the school. Well done to everybody!

Recount Writing ✍️
We planned, drafted, edited and published our own Recount writing pieces. Take a look at our wonderful work ➡️
We have been learning all about Australia and their native people "The Aborigines". We completed some Aboriginal inspired artwork using the technique of 'Pointillism' and Australian animals.
We explored Procedural Writing and its components.
We wrote a recipe for Rice Krispie Buns and got the opportunity to use our recipe to make the buns in real life.
They were delicious!
