Sacrament Programme

The Sacrament programme is offered every two years at St Thomas Aquinas School and plays an important role in supporting our children as they grow in their faith journey. This programme is a shared partnership between the parish, school, and home, and is coordinated by the Director of Religious Studies in collaboration with our Parish Priest, Fr Hamesh Wyatt.

Information meetings are held to guide and support parents of children participating in the programme. Preparation takes place both within the school setting and through participation in Sunday Mass, helping students to deepen their understanding of and connection to their faith.

The Sacramental programme is offered to students in Years 3 and 4, who are invited to receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Holy Communion. Older students who have not yet received these Sacraments are also warmly encouraged to take part.

We also invite children of any age to be baptised or take in the sacrament programme part through our parish community.
