English:  Writing a Personal Narrative - pages 210 - 219

Reading: Earthquakes - introduction, vocab, context clues, fun read

Religion:  review, CHAPTER 2 TEST ON TUESDAY, All Saints Day

Social Studies: rotates with science

Science: pages 32 - 37, Monster Stem Project

Spelling: practicing list 2.2  List 2.2 TEST ON WEDNESDAY, introduce and practice list 2.3

• Wednesday, October 28: 4th Grade in charge of Mass

• Thursday, October 29: Report Cards, Halloween Parties, and Parent Teacher Conferences

• Friday, October 30: No School, Parent Teacher Conference

• Tuesday, November 3: Picture Retake Day, Reading Challenges Due

• Wednesday, November 11: Veterans Day Assembly

• Friday, November 20: 11:30 Dismissal, Second Quarter Progress Reports

Reminders:

• Water bottles should contain only water. No flavored water, juice, etc. 

• Wednesdays we go to Mass. Students should wear white uniform shirts. 

• Only uniform approved sweaters and fleeces can we worn in the classroom during the school day.  Please make sure students bring them to school in case the classroom is cold. We have a brand new air conditioner and it works well - our room may be colder than students are used to being.
