Goal: enhance & transform learning using 4 C's of Technology:

1) Communication

2) Collaboration

3) Creativity 

4) Critical Thinking

Activities/Topics 

Include: "T.R.I.P.S." :  T yping, R eligion (integration), I nternet, P roductivity (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); and S afety; We also participate in Art, audio/video, coding (programming), and digital literacy (i.e. fake news); Virtual field trips; etc. We will study these topics at basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. 

Grading 

From Kindergarten to eighth grade is calculated by points on a  weighted system, similar to a portfolio of the whole set of work done.  Grade Categories added together will equal 100%. Categories may include: P.I.E. "Participation, Improvement, Effort"; Typing Accuracy and Speed; Performance Activities (done in physical classroom); Homework; and Quizzes/Tests. 

Behavior Expectations/Choices

Following 4 "R's" of school: Respect, Responsible, Resilient, Ready-to-learn.
