About Me

Hello!  My name is Mrs. Eggen and I want to welcome you to our fantastic computer and Physical Education classroom website.  I am excited to be part of the St. Stanislaus community and THRILLED to be your teacher.  It's going to be a fun year full of learning and new adventures; I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us.  I'd like to take this time to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me.

I was born and raised in Jefferson City, MO. I am the middle child of three. I have a younger sister Elizabeth, an older brother Christopher, a sister-in-law Christina, and a niece and nephew. In the summer, I love to travel to the Lake of the Ozarks with my family for some relaxation, swim, boat ride, and cruise around on the wave-runner. In my spare time, I love to play with my dog, Rylie. She LOVES to play fetch and go on long walks.  I also enjoy craft projects and spending time with my friends.

I graduated from St. Joseph Cathedral School and Helias Catholic High School where I played Varsity Soccer, Basketball, and Tennis. I graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2012 where I received a Bachelor of Science Degree and certification to teach Physical Education and Health. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with my Master's Degree in Educational Technology in December 2019. I student-taught Physical Education classes at Pioneer Trails Elementary School and Simonsen Ninth Grade Center. I previously taught in Kansas City from 2013 to 2014 working with the Alternative High School Program called "ACE" in the North Kansas City area during my first year of teaching. I'm thrilled to be starting my 11th year here at St. Stanislaus School.

In the summer of 2023, I married my best friend Casey Eggen here at St. Stanislaus Church! We are excited to start our new life chapter together!

I LOVE how technology has improved over the years. During the school year, we will be able to incorporate technology with Physical Education as well as master the basics of computer technology in the classroom. I can't wait to show you all the exciting new activities I have planned for the school year!

I am SO excited to be your teacher and for you to be part of this awesome school year!
