Amelia's Klaipeda Aerobic Open

Year 9 student Amelia has returned from the 18th Klaipeda Aerobic Open in Lithuania with incredible results! Competing against elite gymnasts from around the world, Amelia placed an impressive 11th out of 84 competitors in the Age Group Women’s Individual event.

Additionally, Amelia’s trio team achieved an outstanding 8th place finish, showcasing their teamwork and talent on the international stage.

Representing her club and Great Britain, Amelia has done herself, her team, and her school proud. Congratulations to Amelia and her trio on these fantastic achievements!

Girls Netball Success

Last Thursday saw the turn of our Year 10 Netballers face off against Brompton Academy. The girls secured a dominant victory which sees them maintain their unbeaten run this season. What an amazing achievement for all involved! Beth stole the show with a majority of the points but overall, a fantastic team performance was witnessed! Well done girls!

Scholastic Book Fair

Last week, we had the pleasure of running a Scholastic Book Fair at Strood Academy. It was great to see so many students in the library taking their pick of the fantastic books we had on offer. Those who won book vouchers made the most of these, choosing their free book. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did - happy reading!
