Jessica Sowers

With eight years of service as STRIDE's School Social Worker, Jessica brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. 

Jess holds a Master’s in Social Work and an LGSW license through the Board of Social Work. Over the years, she has worked closely with students, families, and educators to address a wide range of challenges, from academic pressures to personal and family issues.

Known for her empathetic approach, Mrs. Sowers is dedicated to empowering students to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family.
