Important to note:
USD - paying in USD will ensure that vendor will receive a complete payment, and will not have any other 3rd party fees or exchange rate fees Local currency - if client insist that the payment must be made in foreign currency, notify them that the vendor may receive a short payment du to third party fees that Stride has not control of. Stride also will not know the amount vendor will receive because bill.com does not provide insight into such fees.
How to ensure vendor is set up correctly:
There are two settings that MUST be set as USD.
Bill currency (once a bill is created in the selected currency, you can no longer change this setting in the profile. You must create a new vendor profile if the change in currency is needed).
Payment currency (this setting can be changed anytime)
