Before you go on leave please complete any outstanding orders for your customers. You will need to let all of your customers know you will be away and how long for. Please give them the name and contact number of your back-up so they can call them if they have an urgent order or a query.
The day before you go on leave you will need to spend a couple of hours with the Account Manager who will be looking after your customers and pass on any information to them that they may need while you are away.
