Brian Stricklen believes that leadership extends beyond the job site. A United States Army veteran with 16 years of military service, Brian completed his Army career at the rank of Staff Sergeant and has built his life around the values of service, integrity, hard work, and commitment to others.
After transitioning from military service into the electrical industry, Brian founded Stricklen Electrical Industries with a focus on quality workmanship, clear communication, and dependable service. Since launching the company in 2019, he has helped homeowners, businesses, builders, and contractors throughout Tennessee and Kentucky with residential, commercial, and specialty electrical projects.
Outside of work, Brian is a proud father who considers raising his children one of his greatest accomplishments. The same values that guide his business, honesty, accountability, consistency, and respect, are the values he strives to pass on to the next generation.
Brian remains actively involved in the Clarksville community through mentorship, volunteerism, sponsorships, and local organizations that support youth development and community growth. He has supported initiatives benefiting the Clarksville Police Department, Kirkwood Middle School Band, Montgomery County 4 H Archery Team, Habitat for Humanity, and other local programs that strengthen the community he calls home.
