If you or anyone in your household is experiencing ANY COLD/FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS, please contact me immediately to reschedule your cleaning. This includes fever/chills, cough, sore throat, congestion/runny nose, vomiting/diarrhea, unusual rashes or sores anywhere on the body, etc. Please be respectful of the health of our team, and of other clients.
Ladders will not be used.
Water and electricity MUST be active and running at the time of service. If running water and/or electric is not available upon arrival, the cleaning will be forfeited, and 100% of the expected service will be charged.
Area to be cleaned MUST be safe for housekeeper to enter. If the home has any infestations, pet/animal waste, or any other condition deemed unsafe, the housekeeper will not enter, or will discontinue cleaning. If cleaning must be discontinued due to unsafe conditions, the cleaning will be forfeited, and 100% of the expected service will be charged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after 24 hours notice may be charged at 50% of the expected cost of service. Same-day cancellations may be charged at 100% of the expected cost of service.
"No call, No Show" If our team arrives for a scheduled and confirmed cleaning, but unable to enter your home and/or reach you for 15 minutes, the cleaning will be forfeited, and may be charged 100% of the expected service.
Rooms with closed doors will not be entered. For privacy reasons, please open the doors to any rooms and/or closets that you would like cleaned.
Service minimum is $80.
Please address any concerns you might have about a completed cleaning within 24 hours.
Photos may be taken as "before and after" examples of my work. Photos will NEVER include personal or identifying information including family photos, name decor, etc. (Please take a look at my gallery for examples of the types of photos that could be taken.) If you feel uncomfortable with any photos be taken, please let me know.
Payment can be made via Zelle, Cash, or Check. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, but will be charged a processing fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. Payment should be made promptly following completed services. A 2-day grace period will be provided for late payments. Stress Less Cleaning LLC reserves the right to charge fees at our discretion for late or missing payments. If you are facing hardship, please communicate with me so arrangements can be made. Thank you!!
