Handouts given to parents during parent teacher interviews. When the interviews were performed online, these were shared over the video platform and then emailed to the parents after the interview.
The first part of the session was a quick run through of my journey through using hyperdocs and what I had learned during that time.
This set of slides was shared with participants at the beginning of the session and was the body of the session. Designed as an example of hyperslides that I use, and to give participants a student's perspective on this tool.
In Term 3 of 2020 I was asked to lead professional development on using hyperdocs / hyperslides including tips and tricks. A good number of teachers signed up for the first week, so many so, that I was asked to run the session again the following week.
This hyperdoc template was printed in A5 and was part of the session. The slides that participants used during the session were formatted in this style.

This year in particular has required a significant amount of digital communication. The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown required effective, clear and accurate communication. This standard has been made very easy by my colleagues at the College. It is has been easy to have constructive and positive relationships with many different staff, both teaching and support.
As a person who likes direct and clear communication myself, I strive to achieve this with my own communications. Additionally, there are some communication can be felt as unnecessary, I endeavour to do so only when formal communication is required.
