Dearest RAR Partners,
I hope this email finds you all happy and healthy!
I wanted to give you time to adjust to your new style of teaching.
I would like to share what I am doing to help support the population that we all work with, especially the Spanish speaking families.
On our Parent Services Project’s Facebook page, :
· Every Monday, I share a STEM concept and activity using things that the families should be able to find in their homes. This is written and with pictures and in English and Spanish.
· *Every Tuesday and Thursday, Little Red Reading Hood conducts stories times expanding on the Science concept or other. Either way, it is conducted ONLY in Spanish-I figured that there are a lot of people doing English story times and there are more needed in Spanish.
· *Every Friday, our Play Group Coordinator, Cecilia Hudson, runs her play group from home, on video, in Spanish.
· Attached you will see that application that I have shared with you all in your RAR New School Year packets. It is FREE to all my sites, even after this crisis is over. Check it out. They just need to make sure to use the “Kidappolis School” and use “RAR” for the code. It is just another way to keep children learning at home.
· Our Facebook page:

also shares lots of resources that we have vetted ourselves to make certain that they work as they should or do what they say they do or we know how to navigate more efficiently. If for some reason, your families are having trouble with these resources, you may try our agency. WE are inundated as is everyone else, but happy to try to help:

*All of our Facebook postings can be seen at any time. The days are just when we first post them. You can also have your families go to our YouTube page if that is easier for them. What we post there are the story times and play groups and any other videos:
First, go to Youtube.com
Then in the search box, type: Parent Services Project videos
That will take you where you will find our Youtube page, click on it and there you will find our most recent videos.
I hope to see you soon!
