The primary focus of my religion class is to better familiarize my students with the Scriptures. An emphasis is placed on connecting the Scriptures to our faith and our understanding of the nature of God, as well as to the manner in which we live out our daily lives. Students engage in biblical investigations, class discussions and presentations. Students frequently attend Mass and they spend time in Eucharistic Adoration every Friday. In addition, students involve themselves in leading the school/parish community in praying the Stations of the Cross on Fridays during Lent.
