Rotating Elective Courses

Please review the document below that includes details of elective courses at SPHS that follow a rotation model. The purpose of this document is to help students plan for future years with the idea of students understanding the next time a rotational elective course will be offered!

Rotational Elective Courses

The following courses will be offered to students on a rotational basis. 

An even or odd year is based on the start of the new school year. For example, the 2024-2025 school year is an even year. An odd year would be the 2025-2026 school year.

Academic Enrichment-

MSU Exploring Careers in Education- offered even years

Science-

Oceanography- offered odd years

Anatomy and Physiology- offered even years

Health Sciences-

Emergency Medical Responder- offered odd years

SCC Chemistry for the Health Sciences- offered even years

Music-

MSU Pop Music- offered odd years

MSU Introduction to Music- offered even years

Music Theory-offered even years

Agriculture-

Agri-Business Management- offered odd years
