All parents/legal guardians of children attending St. Paul Westlake School shall be considered members and shall have the right to attend meetings and vote. 

Elected Officers together constitute the PTL Board. The elected officers of the PTL shall be a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a Social Media Chair and a Fundraising Chair. All elected officers must complete the volunteer training and background check as required by the school.  Strongly recommended that one PTL Board member also be a member of the St. Paul Westlake Church.
