Follow the instructions and red ovals below to make yourself an edit-able copy of virtual tutorial board for the course and that you may access from home in order to do the preps.
In a web browser other than Internet Explorer, follow this link. It should take you to the following page. Click "Sign up to copy".
2. From the registration screen, next to the "Already have an account?" choose "Sign in".
3. Then choose "Sing in using social providers".
4. Choose "Google" to log in with your school e-mail account.
5. Type in YOUR school e-mail address, then password on the next screen.
and click continue...
6. Click "Copy & Tinker" to make yourself a copy and be able to program it.
7. You can change the name of your tutorial board by clicking on the text "Copy of Virtual SPS Tutorial Board".
Rename it with YOUR initials + basic circuit as below.
Then to see your Tinkercad dashboard click on the colourful Tinkercad icon at the top left of the screen.
8. You are on your Tinkercad dashboard where you can view your circuits by selecting that option in the menu on the left side.
9. To finish setting up your account click your profile picture in the top right of the page then select the profile settings option.
10. Choose "student" under "How will you use TinkerCad" and Save changes. Then click "Enter invitation code".
11. Enter the invitation code given to you by your teacher and save changes.
12. Click on the colourful Tinkercad icon to return to your Tinkercad dashboard.
13. You can now see all the circuits you are working on - you only have the virtual tutorial board copy.
Hover you mouse over it, a cog will appear in the top right corner and if you click on it you edit the circuit properties or make a duplicate.
Go back to the circuit by clicking on the "Tinker this" icon that pops up when you hover over the circuit
14. You can now go in and out of the code editor and start/stop simulations by clicking the respective buttons at the top right of the project screen.
