Fun Field Day June 12
Our last full-day of school for grades K-9 is fun field day. It is an afternoon spent playing games and relays that have been organized by our PE teacher Ms. Plukchi and run by our Prep school students. Students are asked to wear their activity shirts and shoes that they can run in. There may be some water games as well so clothing should be able to get wet. Towels and water bottles would also be helpful to have. Please send sunscreen for your own child or apply to your child yourself at home. We do not provide sunscreen for students. Parents are welcome to come and watch. Our last hot lunch (Costco Pizza) is also this day. If your student doesn't have a lunch or milk card and would like lunch and/or milk, the cost is: $4.00 pizza, $0.30 milk. Lunch orders need to be in by Wednesday June 11.
Student Immunizations
As a state approved private school we are required to have complete immunization records for students on file. If your student receives an immunization, please submit an updated vaccine form to the school office. Now that we have expanded into higher grade levels, there are newer immunization requirements for students (typically when entering 6th grade). We need to have a complete immunization record or an exemption form (signed by a doctor) in our student records.
PIP Opportunities
Coolers needed
If you would like to donate a new or gently used 38qt or larger cooler, you can get PIP hours. These are used annually for many functions including field trips. Any questions, contact ptl@stpaulslutheranschool.com
Please remember to record your PIP hours on one of the pink forms or through Facts so you receive credit.
